Currently, the use of polymer composite materials for road markings, in particular thermoplastics based on petroleum resins, is promising. The effectiveness such marking and their service life mainly depend formulations thermoplastic compositions technologies production. purpose this work was to evaluate adhesive interaction microdolomite modified by organosilanes resin impart increased operational properties composition. To increase affinity system:filler it proposed modify with organosilane AGM-9 brand, which contains a hydrolyzable silicon-functional group non-hydrolyzable organofunctional composition bifunctional molecule, provides inorganic surface filler. create long work, combined combination unmodified microdolomite. It discovered that mixture range 10-15:85-90 leads an strength up 7 MPa, higher than permissible value at least 5 while ability strain stretching elongation break decreases from 3%, also 3%. developed material domestic filler MD40 brand ratio 12.5:87.5 has optimal strength-elasticity characteristics meet requirements long-term abrasion resistance 4 thousand cycles.
